Emucation.com is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about our site, services, emulators, ROMs, or anything related to this site. We can not be held responsible for any damages or fees resulting from using Emucation or following our advice. The staff moderates Emucation.com as much as possible, but Emucation.com and its staff is not responsible for the comments, posts, images, or any actions of its users.

Membership

By becoming a member of Emucation.com you agree to obey the following rules:

Only one account per person unless permitted by a staff member.
No spamming: the posting of useless material only to annoy or confuse others or for self profit.
Within the forum you must follow the guidance and requests of the moderators.
All actions, posts, and all submitted material must abide by the laws of the United States.
No harassing or insulting other members based on their race, religion, sexual orientation, or physical ability.

Breaking any of these rules can result in your membership being permanently suspended. Emucation reserves the right to suspend any user for any reason. Any attempts to circumvent a suspended membership are strictly prohibited, and violators will be punished to the full extent of the law.

Donations

Without exception Emucation.com provides its services free of charge. In return for donations from members gifts may be offered; we will do our best to fulfil these offers, but Emcuation.com is under no legal obligation. All donations are given only to support the site and its staff, we give no guarantee to any of our members that any bonuses will be fulfilled.

Upon submitting any text or graphic to Emucation.com you grant Emucation.com the full ownership of the copyright. We reserve the right to modify, distribute, or sell anything submitted to us. Once submitted you can not request the removal or modification of your material.
